Discussion and possible action to authorize the rental of One (1) Toshiba e-STUDIO6516ACT Printer from Toshiba Buisiness Solutions for the Community Action Agency Social Services department for the monthly amount of $340 (Account #2368-5170-521-444500). The lease term of 1 year will begin on the day of installment, with the option to purchase the copier for $1 at the end of the lease term. Authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto.

Issue: Current printer must be upgraded in order to keep up with the department's workload.

Solution: By approval of the Commissioners Court, we would be able to proceed with the rental of one multi-function printer for the CAA Social Services department.

Result: CAA Social Services department will be able to continue day to day functions.
