Discussion and possible action to increase the budget for the Webb County Fairgrounds – Fund 2031 by $200,000 and create departments, revenues line items and expenditures line items, by order according to the November 13, 2023 amended fee for the pavilion event $100,000, pavilion facility rental, restaurant rental $100,000, fairground rental, concert stage venue, pavilion ticketed event, rodeo arena and general fairground revenues in accordance with Texas local Government Code Sec. 111.07075. SPECIAL BUDGET FOR REVENUE RECEIVED AFTER START OF FISCAL YEAR, and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: Webb County Fairground has received new revenues sources as of December 2023 from operations that require disbursements to fairgrounds contractual vendors. Solution: Increase the budget and create departments (cost centers), revenues line items and expenditures line items to account for the fairground operations. Result: Have the appropriate budget to report revenues and related expenditures line items by source.
