Discussion and possible action to rescind previous action by Commissioners Court on January 8, 2024, item 22 to authorize the purchase of two (2) 10 station portable restrooms and one (1) ADA Portable restroom from Portable Restroom Trailers, LLC and to further authorize the Purchasing Agent to advertise for competitive proposals for the leasing of portable restrooms with trailers to include delivery, setup, removal and maintenance of each portable restroom leased for County events on an as needed basis for a one (1) year term with options to extend pursuant to the County Purchasing Act and any other matters incident thereto.
