Discussion and possible action to authorize the County Auditor to establish a new sale tax location on behalf of Webb County Fairgrounds – Fund 2031 for applicable events subject to sales tax according to Texas Tax Code and any other matters incident thereto.
 
Issue: Sales tax remittance is required for some of fairground services chosen by clients based on the Texas Tax Code.
 
Solution: Webb County to apply for a new sales tax location.
 
Result: Comply with Texas Tax Code statutes.
