Discussion and possible action to enter into Work Authorization #1 with Raba Kistner, Inc. for Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment of the following properties (1401 Guatemozin & 603 N. Loring) for the Meals on Wheels Program in an amount not to exceed Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($3,500.00) and any other matters incident thereto; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents. [Funding Source is from the ARPA Meals on Wheels Account #2703-5205-001-432001-214]

Issue: Webb County seeks the assistance of a qualified Engineering Firm to undertake a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment of two properties (1401 Guatemozin & 603 N. Loring) where the Meals on Wheels Program will be located.

Solution: Work Authorization Number 1 enables Raba Kistner, Inc. to provide the services authorized under the Work Authorization.

Result: Webb County will be able to determine whether there are environmental issues with the mentioned properties.
