Discussion and possible action to approve Amendment No. 5 to extend the duration of term for the Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) to Contract Number #34210003698 from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) for FY-2021. The amendment extends the contract from December 31, 2023, to March 15, 2024, with no additional funding and authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents. This contract will not have an impact on the General Fund. Documentation has been reviewed by Webb County Economic Development Department and is compliant with SPOC policies and procedures.
