Discussion and possible action to ratify and approve, by Order, the following budget amendment (line item transfer) within Webb County Fairgrounds budget to cover the cost to repair overhead door inside pavilion.

Issue: Funds needed to cover costs associated with repairs to overhead door inside fairground pavilion. Currently, the overhead door is unable to close, allowing wind to sweep dirt into the pavilion. Equally important, it poses a safety risk. A person can enter the fairgrounds on foot and enter the pavilion through the open overhead door.

Solution: Transfer monies from one account to another to cover the cost to repair.

Result: Overhead door will be fixed, and accessible for vendors, and pavilion lessees.
