Discussion and possible action to accept Amendment No.1 for ARPANGO-0004 (Habitat for Humanity). Habitat for Humanity is requesting a change to the Performance Statement in their contract to reflect results to include a total of three (3) homes and change additional funds (CDBG Self Help Center) from $136,000 to $200,000. This action will not have an impact on the General Fund. Documentation has been reviewed by Webb County Economic Development Department and is compliant with SPOC policies and procedures.

Issue: Habitat for Humanity needs to amend the Performance Statement.

Solution: To approve the amendment request.

Result: Habitat for Humanity will be able to complete three (3) homes.
