Discussion and possible action to accept the rankings and award Request for Proposal (RFP) 2024-004 "Marketing and Advertising Services for Webb County Fairgrounds" to the highest ranking firm, Hachar Media, in accordance with the Local Government Code §262.030 (Alternative Proposal Procedure for Certain Goods and Services) and to further authorize the Civil Legal Department to negotiate the terms, conditions and related fees of the service agreement and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: The Webb County Fairgrounds Department requested services for marketing and advertising of events held at the Fairgrounds on an annual basis. Commissioners Court authorized the advertisement for formal proposals.

Solution: Consideration to award to the highest ranking firm as recommended by the Purchasing Agent based on final tabulation of scores.

Result: If approved, General Counsel will prepare a service agreement for commissioners' court consideration and approval once the terms, conditions and related fees have been negotiated and agreed to.
