Discussion and possible action to enter into a professional service agreement with Ardurra Group, Inc., to prepare and submit registering documentation for (5) Potable Water Hauler Tankers with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) for a cost not to exceed Twenty One Thousand Dollars ($21,000.00) and any matters incident thereto; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents. Issue: Currently all Water Haulers Tankers are under PWS # 2400037, and it is required that every Water Tanker has its own TCEQ letter of approval

Solution: To approve a Professional Service Agreement between Webb County and Ardurra Group, Inc.

Result: All required documentation will be filed and submitted for review and approval to T.C.E.Q. for each Water Hauler
