Discussion and possible action to accept Constable Pct. 4 Racial Profiling Report to be in compliance with Texas Occupations Code1701.164 and Code of Criminal Procedure Article 2.1031-2.138.

Issue: Chief administrators of law enforcement agencies that meet the criteria must submit racial profiling reports to their governing body, as well as TCOLE.
