Discussion and possible action to enter into an Amendment to the agreement dated March 27, 2023, (RFP) 2023-004 ARPA Project No. 21, between Webb County and Kofile Technologies, Inc., for the benefit of the District Clerks Office in compliance with Federal Regulations §200.318 - §200.327 (General Procurement Standards) in an amount not to exceed TWENTY-NINE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO AND FORTY-ONE CENTS ($29,232.41); and authorizing the Webb County Judge to execute all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. [Requested by Esther Degollado, District Clerk; Account #2034-2290-001-460105 (preservation funds)]

Issue: The estimate to complete the original project was short by $29,232.41 for additional preserved pages and ARPA funds are no longer available to cover the difference.

Solution: Authorize the addendum payable from preservation funds so that the District Clerk can pay the remaining balance from their budget.
