Discussion and possible action to approve the modification of Job Description for the following slot position, subject to approval by the Civil Service Commission and any applicable civil service guidelines. No salary changes or pay grade will be changed.

123	Passport Supervisor	Modify the minimum qualifications

Issue: Position currently requires a minimum of 2-year experience in processing passports, making the pull of applicants very limited.

Solution: Revised job description, minimum qualifications, to a 2-year experience, preferred, in order to increase the pull of applicants.

Result: The modifications will allow our department to increase the pull of applicants and be able to fill in the position as soon as possible and continue to provide customer service that the department needs.
