Discussion and possible action to grant Preliminary and Final Plat Approval to a re-plat of Lot 1, Block 10, Unit 27, Killam Industrial Park Subdivision into Lot 1A, Block 10, Unit 27 Killam Industrial Park Subdivision being an 8.00 acre tract as described in Vol. 1333, Pg. 38 of the Webb County Deed Records. Planning staff recommends approval (ID 13112).

Background:

Item is a regulatory compliance matter with development provisions of state and local laws/regulations. The purpose of this re-plat is to incorporate an additional 1-acre parcel into a previously platted 7-acre tract. The additional 1-acre parcel is comprised of approximately 1,200 sq. ft. in Webb County jurisdiction and the remaining acreage in the corporate limits of the City of Laredo. There are no proposed public improvements.
