Discussion and possible action to approve the purchase of one (1) 2023 Ford F150 4x4 XL Super-Crew Cab truck from low bidder Whitmoyer Ford, Inc., for an amount not to exceed $53,000.00 includes a standard 5-year, 60,000-mile warranty for the Webb County Attorney’s Office and any other matters incident thereto. [Account #2465-2270-001-470000 (2023 Operation Stone-garden Gr-County Attorney-Administration-Capital Outlay)]

Issue: The County Attorney’s Office is utilizing grant funds for the purchase of a law enforcement unit through the Operation Stone Garden Grant.

Solution: Authorize the purchase to the lowest responsible bidder meeting all the requirements requested by the County Attorney’s Office.

Result: If approved by the Commissioners Court, the order will be issued on the same day of approval. The estimated time of delivery is expected between 15–30 days.
