Discussion and possible action to issue a “Certificate of Compliance with Plat Requirements” to authorize an electrical service connection pursuant to Section 232.028(b)(2), & (b)(3), L.G.C., to an unplatted 0.4779 tract of land, more or less, known as the west half of Lot 8, Block 16, Pueblo Nuevo Subdivision, as further described in Vol. 787, Pgs. 425-426, of the Webb County Deed Records (ID 13455).

Issue: Regulatory compliance with development provisions of state and local regulations with particular emphasis on the Model Subdivision Rules.  Commissioners Court must certify to certain property conditions before any electrical connection may be authorized.

Solution: As reflected in agenda backup, staff has verified compliance and recommends approval.  Please note that water and sewer services are in place to authorize electrical connection.
 
Result: If approved, the applicant may connect the property to electrical services.  If not approved, electrical connection to the property is prohibited.
