Discussion and possible action to enter into an Agreement under Bind No. 2024-21 for Alarm Monitoring, Inspections & Maintenance Services for 2 years with Superior Alarms and Webb County, for the performance period of (May 6, 2024, to May 5, 2026) in an amount of Twelve Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-Nine Dollars and Sixty Cents ($12,939.60) for said services, and to further authorize the Webb County Judge to execute all independent contractor and vendor agreements and any other matters incident thereto.
