Discussion and possible action to authorize the purchase of a 2024 Silverado 4WD Crew Cab Truck with police equipment from Lake Country Chevrolet (TIPs Contract No. 210907) for an amount not to exceed $87,500.00, for Webb County Constable Precinct 2, pursuant to the Texas Local Government Code; Sections 271.101, 271.102, Sub-Chapter F. Cooperative Purchasing Programs and any other matters incident thereto. [Account #2465-3180-001-470000 (2023 Operation Stonegarden Grant - Constable Pct. 2 - Capital Outlay)]

Issue: The full-size truck with police equipment is being funded through 2023 Operational Stone-Garden Grant funds.

Solution: Consideration for approval to use a cooperative contracted vendor for the purchase of a full-size truck and upfitting of police equipment of the vehicle for Constable Pct. 2.

Result: Proceed with order funded by Stonegarden grant proceeds accordingly.
