Issue:
There is an outstanding bill for last month's Toshiba color copies and a shortfall in funds to cover the bill. The colored copies bill was higher than anticipated because of the printing of the budget books the month before.
Solution:
Once the money is transferred the bill will no longer be outstanding and paid in full.
Result:
The office can finish off the year in good standing.
