Discussion and possible action to authorize the county attorney’s office to finalize a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the City of El Cenizo, Texas approving the transfer of Webb County property interest in the following real property located in the City of El Cenizo, Texas legally described as Lot 25, Block 3, El Cenizo Unit II, El Cenizo, Webb County, Texas, or more commonly known as 510 Rodriguez, El Cenizo, Texas; with the understanding and agreement that the City of El Cenizo will use said real property for the public purpose of building a City Library and/or Learning Center and will reimburse the county and tax attorney for certain expenses and fees associated with the taxes owed on the property; and any other matters incident thereto.
