Discussion and possible action to approve a refund in the amount of $7,006.66 to American Tax Reporting Inc. - Tax Payment Processing. Account #98600007020 was noted twice in list of property tax accounts provided by the entity.

Issue: American Tax Reporting Inc. erroneously paid Account #98600007020 twice which resulted in the over-payment of $7,006.66.

Solution: Reimburse said amount to American Tax Reporting Inc.

Result: The monies will ultimately be reimbursed to the appropriate taxpayer.
