Discussion and possible action to approve conducting Category "B" Elections to fill current vacancy as per the Governing Regulations of the Advisory Board of the Webb County Community Action Agency. The Advisory Board shall be composed of membership that complies with the Community Services Block Grant - Texas Administrative Code Rule 5.215. Election will be held on Friday, May 27, 2016 for a Representative and Alternate for Area IV-Azteca-Guadalupe in the Lilia B. Perez Community Center located at 4420 Santa Maria Road from 9:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m.

Issue: To hold Election to fill current vacancy for Representative and Alternate for Area IV- Azteca-Guadalupe.

Solution: The Advisory Board shall be composed of membership that complies with the Community Services Block Grant-Texas Administrative Code Rule 5.215.

Result: Webb County Community Action Agency will be in compliance with the Texas Administrative Code Rule 5.215.
