Discussion and possible action to approve the Preservation of the Records Archive Contract between Webb County and Kofile Technologies, Inc., TXMAS Contract #13-36010 pursuant to Sections 271.101 and 271.102 Subchapter F, Cooperative Purchasing Program, Texas Local Government Code, in an amount not to exceed $600,000 for the preservation of Commissioners Court Minutes dated 1891 through 1941 and to allow for partial payments as work is completed, subject to annual budget appropriation and authorizing the County Judge to sign any relevant documents. [Accounts #005-1120-6022 (Professional Services) and #009-1120-6022 (Professional Services)]

Issue: The County Clerks' Office currently has Commissioners Court Minutes dating from 1891 through 1941 that are in desperate need of preservation.

Solution: To preserve all historical Webb County Commissioners Court Minutes.

Result: The Commissioners Court Minutes will avoid further deterioration and be accessible for public view.
