Discussion and possible action to approve a payment to Transportation Excellence for the 21st Century (TEX-21) in the amount of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000) for membership and dues for Fiscal Year 2016 and to authorize the release of payment, effectively immediately. The court originally approved this membership for One (1) year subject to any budget restraint on July 28, 2014 for FY 2015 and is to review on a yearly basis; and any other matters incident thereto.
