Discussion and possible action to enter into a Twelve (12) month (June 30, 2016 through June 29, 2017) lease for an extended warranty for the Mega Trak System’s hardware, an Automated fuel management system. The contract will be with Mega Tronics International Corporation. The costs will be TWO THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND SIXTY-FOUR DOLLARS ($2,964.00). The payment is due on the execution of the contract and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents.
