Discussion and possible action to enter into a Non-Financial Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (F.B.I.) and Webb County Constable’s Office, Precinct 1. This MOU delineates the responsibilities of the Rio Grande Valley Safe Streets Task Force personnel, formalize relationships between participating agencies for policy guidance, planning, training, public and media relations; and maximizes inter-agency cooperation. The term of the MOU shall be for the duration of the Safe Streets Task Force’s operations and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents.
