Discussion and possible action to award Bid #2016-01 "Colorado Acres Reverse Osmosis Improvement - Phase I" to Hydroworks, Inc., for an amount not to exceed $332,000.00 and approval for a modification to award in accordance with the Texas Local Government Code, Section 262.0305 (Modification to Award), and authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents; and any others matters incident thereto. Issue: Improvements needed to the US HWY 59 Water System.

Solution: Improvements will develop new protocols for all plant process production, distribution, maintenance, service, waste and cleaning of the plant and all of its different areas of operation.

Result: Refined and improved US HWY 59 Water Facilities System.
