Discussion and possible action to approve the Early Head Start Expansion and Early Head Start-Child Care Partnership grant application in the amount of $999,375 (Federal Share) and $249,844 (Non Federal In-Kind Match), for a total of $1,249,220.

Background:

The Administration for Children and Families (ACF) announces the availability of approximately $135 million to be competitively awarded for the purpose of expanding access to high-quality, comprehensive early learning services to low-income infants and toddlers and their families. All Non Federal Share will be on an in-kind bases (no cash match required).
