Discussion and possible action to clarify item #33, approved July 25, 2016.

Issue: The Auditor's Office rejected the personnel worksheet submitted to occupy Slot #0311( Senior Deputy County Clerk) at $15.93 12/E for employee Slot #0642 (Deputy County Clerk) $15.16 10/I. Although the Departmental Promotional posting and filling was approved at $15.15 12/A, the employee is entitled to a 5% increase according to the Webb County Government Classification/Step Increase Policy under Promotions.

Solution: Approval of the current personnel worksheet.

Result: Slot #0311 will earn $15.93 12/E.
