Issue: Property located in a flood zone area requires the purchase of flood insurance.

Solution: Processing payment of invoice will avoid any lapse in coverage.

Result: Once approved the invoice will be paid.

Background:

Flood Insurance has always been purchased for the Head Start Annex building, this is an annual fee for insurance coverage.
