Discussion and possible action to approve the remaining Freight charges of $442.00 for the delivery of the Three (3) Peerless Pumps Model 5AE8N Horizontal Split Case Pumps that were purchased and delivered on April 6, 2016 by Dynamic Pump Systems. [Account #745-3001-8801-7 (Capital Outlay Water)]

Issue: Horizontal Split Case Pumps were approved by Commissioner Court on January 25, 2016 (Item #32), the original proposal had no Freight charge included.

Solution: Invoice was sent from Dynamic Pump Systems after pumps were delivered. Total charge of $442.00 for the freight.

Result: Payment to vendor.

Background:

Pumps were delivered to the Water Plant on April 6, 2016 and awaiting approval from T.C.E.Q. for the station upgrades.

Previous Court Action:

At Commissioner Court January 25, 2016, Item# 32, was approved.
