Discussion and possible action to enter into a two (2) year (October 1, 2016 thru September 30, 2018) State Case Registry Cooperative Agreement between the Office of the Attorney General of the State of Texas (OAG) and Webb County, Texas. The OAG and Webb County agree to cooperate to create or update Registry-Only Case(s) on the OAG Case Management System with Child Support court order and Family Violence information and gather and enter sufficient information on the OAG Case Management System to satisfy the requirements for State Case Registry, and authorizing the Webb County Judge to execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto.
