Discussion and possible action to enter into a One (1) year (October 1, 2016 thru September 30, 2017) High Intensity Drug Trafficking Task Force Agreement between the United States Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Agency, and the Webb and Zapata County District Attorney’s Office. The purpose of this agreement is to disrupt the illicit drug traffic in the Laredo, Texas area by immobilizing targeted violators and trafficking organizations, with no impact to the General Fund and any other matters incident thereto.
