Subject:

Discussion and possible to approve a Task Force agreement between the United States Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and the Webb County Constable Precinct 1 (WCCP1). The term of the Agreement shall be effective October 1st, 2016 through September 30, 2017; and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents. There will be no impact to the County General Fund.

Issue: The Webb County Constable Precinct 1 currently has deputies working with the task force and the agreement is up for renewal.

Solution: Approval of MOU.

Result: Deputies will be able to continue working with the task force.
