Discussion and possible action to enter into an Educational Services Agreement between Sandra S. Morales, M. ED and Webb County for the Webb County Head Start/Early Head Start Program, to assure that educational services to the Head Start children and families are in compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations. The term of this agreement is for Two (2) years (September 1, 2016 through August 31, 2018), at a cost set forth in the fee schedule within the agreement; and any other matters incident thereto.
