Discussion and possible action to enter into a Thirty-Nine (39) month (October 24, 2016 through January 23, 2020) Lease with Maintenance Agreement between Nevill Solutions and Webb County for the Webb County Sheriff’s Office for a FS-4300DN SMART Laser Printer at a monthly cost of Sixty-Eight Dollars and Thirty-Four Cents ($68.34) and at a total cost of Two Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-Five Dollars and Twenty-Six Cents ($2,665.26) over the term of the agreement, subject to annual budget appropriations and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents.
