Discussion and possible action to enter into a Professional Services Agreement between Dr. Arturo G. Garza-Gongora, M.D. and Webb County for the Webb County Sheriff’s Office, to provide medical health services to the Webb County Adult Detention Facility at a monthly cost of Thirteen Thousand Nine Hundred One Dollars and Fifty-One Cents ($13,901.51) and a total cost of Five Hundred Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-Four Dollars and Thirty-Six Cents ($500,454.36). The term of this agreement is for Thirty- Six (36) months and will commence on October 1, 2016 and end on September 30, 2019, subject to annual budget appropriations; and any other matters incident thereto.
