Discussion and possible action to approve an hourly wage increase for Two employees of Webb County Community Action Agency. The Webb County Community Action Agency is proposing these salary increases based on job duties and job performance as per each employee's evaluation. CAA is not part of the County's Wage plan, salaries are paid 100% from grant funds Community Services Block Grant (CSBG), Account #920-4202-5001, and Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program Grant (CEAP) Account #911-4200-5001. Issue: The Webb County Community Action Agency staff are not part of the county's wage plan.
