Background:

Habitat for Humanity of Laredo, Inc. has successfully completed two (2) previously awarded New Construction Contracts through the Self-Help Center Program. This partnership has produced nine (9) high quality, energy efficient new homes for colonia residents.

The Commissioner's Court authorized the Purchasing Agent to solicit Request for Proposal's (RFP's) at the meeting held on 09/26/2016
