Report on the results of the Administration for Children and Families' on-site monitoring review of the Webb County Head Start Program conducted from August 30, 2016 through September 2, 2016. Based on the information gathered during the review, no corrective action plan is required at this time.

Background:

On 4/4/2016, the grantee was found to be in noncompliance with Program Performance Standard 1304.52 (i)(1)(iv). "The grantee did not ensure staff used positive methods of child guidance." An incident was self-reported to State Licensing by the grantee. Please refer to back-up report for full description of the noncompliance. However, this area of noncompliance has been corrected. ACF determined that the grantee did follow all necessary procedures to report the incident. Additionally, the grantee revised policies and procedure to ensure continued compliance with all local, state, and Federal laws.
