Discussion and possible action to approve a budget amendment to the Constable Pct. 1 Federal Forfeiture from (Account #166-2500-3351) for Canine Expenditures to (Account #166-2500-6706) in the amount of $5,000.

Issue: Additional funds are needed to cover the expenses of the department's canine.

Solution: This budget amendment/transfer of funds from the Federal Forfeiture Fund will cover the expense.

Result: Canine expenses will be covered with forfeiture funds. This transfer of funds has no impact to the budget.
