Discussion and possible action to approve a refund in the amount of $2,572.44 to Lereta LLC, Accounts #55001339072 through 97351003180 for over-payment of taxes for year 2016.

Issue: Upon receiving payment from Lereta LLC, several accounts had either been previously paid or had values adjusted from a Supplement resulting in the over-payment of those accounts.

Solution: Refund said amount to Lereta LLC for those over-payments.

Result: The monies will be reimbursed to the appropriate taxpayer.
