Discussion and possible action to approve and finalize contract with Dannenbaum Engineering Corporation for RFQ CSJ: 0922-33-1266 for Preliminary Engineering Services, for the Reuthinger Extension of the Hachar-Reuthinger Road Project from 0.1 miles east of Beltway parkway (northern ND Hachar tract limit-southern Reuthinger tract limit) to west I-35 frontage road. The maximum reimbursement amount under the Advance Funding Agreement (AFA) through the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) is $240,000.00; and authorize the County Judge to sign all relevant documents. Issue: Preliminary engineering, including the preparation of schematics, environmental documents and right of way parcel maps are needed to support roadway project.

Solution: Approve and finalize contract.

Result: Webb County's selection and approval of the Engineering Company to provide the needed services.
