Discussion and possible action to authorize the purchase of Eight (8) AIO Computers from Dell (DIR-SDD-1951) in the amount of $11,074.05 and Eight (8) Software CAL licensing from SHI Government Solutions (DIR-SDD-2503) in the amount of $3,277.60 in accordance with the Texas Local Government Code; Section 271 (Cooperative Purchasing Program) and authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: Session Works is software that allows Judges to organize their case load on the bench. This product works best with computers that have touch screen monitors and currently the courts are not properly equipped.

Solution: Purchase all-in-one computers for the court rooms.

Result: Court rooms in Webb County will be ready to deploy Session Works.
