Issue: The Purchasing Department does not have contracts for the services listed above. The goods and services listed above may exceed our $50,000.00 threshold, and this would require us to solicit competitive sealed bids.

Solution: Solicit bids, and award a contract to the vendor(s), that have submitted the most advantageous bid to Webb County.
