Discussion and possible action to offer a Ninety (90) day extension to our current fuel provider (Arguindegui Oil), and to authorize the Purchasing Agent to solicit bids for the following annual contract:

Issue: Our current fuel contract expires December 30, 2016.
Solution: Offer our fuel provider a 30 day extension, and commence the process for bid solicitation.
Result: Purchasing efficiency, compliance of the law.
