Discussion and possible action to approve Dannenbaum Engineering Corporation's Supplemental Agreement No. 7 to the Main Contract which will include offsite detention ponds, as per the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) revisions. All other provisions of the Main Contract are unchanged and remain in full force and effect. Additional scope of services of which 100% will be reimbursed by the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) contingent on their approval and; authorize the County Judge to sign all relevant documents. Issue:Amend scope of services: offsite detention ponds and PS&E for Loop 20 Main Lanes, Airport and Jacaman grade separations, and Frontage Roads.

Solution:Approve Supplemental No. 7 (Engineer will not commence with work until funds from TxDOT are available) is being increased by Work Authorization No. 3 for PS&E (TxDOT CSJ: 0086-14-910) for an additional $4,937,340.65 increasing the total Main Contract to $7,680,965.70.

Result: Include all additional necessary services as required and approved by the Texas Department of Transportation. Execute Supplemental No 7 to the Main Contract and continue with project.
