Discussion and possible action to amend the 2017 Capital Project Fund budgets to the 2016 available balance. The Special Revenues Funds require a balanced budget based on the available balance or projected revenues.

Issue: Capital project budgets require to be adjusted to the available balances for expenditures and encumbrances for 2017. The Special Revenues budgets require to have balanced budgets.

Solution: Capital Project Funds and Special Revenue Funds will have the balanced budgets to perform their intended purpose.

Result: The amendments to the Capital projects and Special Revenues budgets will allow to have the balanced budget.
