Issue: State mandates the of filling vacancies when applicable terms end as per Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 5 Rule 5.215.

Solution: Vacancies will be filled.

Result: The Agency will comply with TDHCA - Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 5 Rule 5.215.
