Discussion and possible action to amend the existing order regarding past due invoices pending at Auditors office to reflect that a report be provided to Commissioners Court with financial information on all pending invoices, requests for payments, and/or purchase orders that are past due or being held for review for at least 15 days or more, with attached status updates; and any other matters incident thereto. With additional action requesting that the county attorney formally request an Attorney General opinion to further clarify the legal authority granted to the Commissioners Court by Section 114.024 (a), in particular section 114.025 (a) (5) of the Texas Local Government Code regarding requests for any other information that the court requires from the county Auditor in his monthly report.
